A client facing role on the Cannes Lions awards team, responsible for quality control of award entries and preparing submissions for the jury. This role requires precise administration skills, excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills. • Executing and supervising the processing of entries and their respective physical and digital components for Cannes Lions and all other Lions Festivals. • Researching latest industry trends, creative and technical advancements and competitor's activity. • Liaising with global clients over email or the telephone - ranging from agency support staff to Executive Creative Directors. • Reviewing creative entry material that has been submitted by global advertising, communication, creative agencies and handling queries and correspondence with creative agencies. • Event Operations at the Cannes Lions Festival in Cannes, France. Assisting and managing the Design and Product Design Jury in the award selection of the festival. Ensuring tight schedules are met and providing direct support to the appointed jury president and jurors.
