Assisting the Buyer to set up daily sales by creating reservations from stock lists to be loading them into the system according to the deadlines, ensuring products are attributed correctly and have the required information.
Selecting product from the warehouse to go into a campaign.
Liaising with brand partners to chase in stock confirmations, EAN codes, samples, images and content, ensuring goods are delivered within the critical path.
Copy-writing and ID'ing assets to be loaded into the systems.
Sourcing visual material required for campaigns, ensuring it is sent to design in a timely manner.
Submitting financials to Merchandising team and assisting with any queries.
Updating the critical path to reflect work carried out within deadlines and attending critical path meetings with the wider team to discuss progress. Reviewing the test site to ensure promotions and products have loaded accurately and fixing any errors spotted.
