Tasked with adopting a performance-led approach to lead and optimise digital marketing activity across both desktop and mobile for all clients in the portfolio Reporting directly to the client and working alongside an existing successful team, this person will manage the digital advertising across search, display, social and lead gen channels. The role also includes detailed management of existing affiliate programmes, positioning activity to support further growth.
Responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Dobert Group brands and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the overall marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel's positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
