  • -Arranging for customers to come in for viewings of the venue and discussing the food and drinks packages that are available. -Writing content for The Exhibit’s event listings page. Contacting third party websites in order to update The Exhibit’s event listings page. -Contacting local businesses to let them know about the discounted offers they can receive. -This involves confirming bookings for the Restaurant, Private Cinema and the two Private rooms. -Upselling pre ordering and the different packages on offer. -Ensuring the private rooms are always booked up on a Friday and Saturday nights by any means necessary. -Upgrading customer’s bookings which in turn increased revenue. -Taking payments for private hire bookings and pre orders. -I managed the previous reservation system Opentable. -I manage the Collins system. This involves contacting any new enquiries, chasing up enquiries that are in progress and following up confirmed bookings. -Responsible for negotiating on minimum spends to ensure the private rooms get booked.

  • -I sent out Debenhams text coding which involved emailing customers on the latest offers. - I helped with the storyboard for Gregg’s latest campaign for their new Doughnut range. I also took part in creating the set in which the campaign would be focused on. -I helped with the content analysis for the National Fostering Agency, this involved transferring all the data from the National Fostering Agencies old website onto the new site. - I researched shops that stock the materials needed for the set of the Greggs campaign. I also purchased the materials needed for the Greggs campaign set. -To create awareness for the Greggs campaign, I used social networking sites such as Facebook to identify group deal pages and supermarkets in which I was able to contact our target audience, which were people that enjoyed deals. Our aim was to get people that loved deals to like our Greggs competition page, this allowed members of the public to get involved as well as promoting the Greggs campaign. - I gained insight into a range of campaigns and customer requirements.

  • -I marketed and promoted the fashion show for the up and coming designer L.Monroe. I was involved in creating the designs of the flyers, which needed to be dispersed where our target audience socialise, such as parties and festivals and also promoting through social networking sites. -I researched places where the fashion show could be held, this was an important decision, as the area would give a reflection of the fashion show. - I was also in charge of casting the models and searching for the location for the fittings.
