About me
My previous production roles within film and television have given me a thorough knowledge of production, communication and organisation. Experienced in live diary management, travel and accommodation logistics, managing P.O systems, clearances, equipment and vehicle hire, setting and achieving targets and processing production paperwork. Confident using Microsoft Office, Final Draft, SetKeeper, Premier Pro.
In my latest role as Production Coordinator, organisation and communication were at the core of my position. I had multiple deadlines to meet daily; this meant I was utilising my prioritising skills, multitasking and delegating tasks to the correct team member. I had to liaise and coordinate across multiple departments, manage the production diary and organise travel arrangements for executives, cast and crew – both local and international.
I am a confident team player with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy meeting and working with new people. I’m an instinctive person, always conscientious of my environment; I employ tact and diplomacy when dealing with confidential or sensitive situations. I am able to adapt and learn new systems quickly with efficiency and am keen to move into an in-house role.
