2011 - Current
After graduating Tisch School of the Arts at NYU in the year 2010 with a degree in Film/TV, I unsanctimoniously jumped ship from film production and drove straight into the music touring industry, spending the next few years going around the world playing guitar for indie pop sweethearts The Drums. Shortly following this adventure, I had the opportunity to jump on and guitar tech for UK Alternative Rock act The Boxer Rebellion. I spent the next 1.5 years after that living out of a twin bunk bed on a bus as I acted as the tour manager for comedy legend, the late Ralphie May. Today, I find myself jumping on tour playing guitar, bass, as a tour manager.

Back in 2012, I began my journey into real estate investing when I dove headfirst into the world of short-term rentals via the use of AirBnB. I spent many of the years that followed identifying and operating unique income generating properties in both NYC and LA. Eight years later, in March 2020, I closed on my first property here in NYC, a 19th century two-family row house in Red Hook Brooklyn, with the end goal of creating a unique and elevated short term rental option tailored with the creative type in mind. Currently, I am in the midst of building a tiny house hidden here in a back alley in Brooklyn.

Under the guidance of industry veterans Rob Rahmanian and Louis Adler, I’ve cut my teeth on brokering real estate deals of all sorts in NYC, with a focus on residential new development in Brooklyn.

so, where can you find me? well, I split my time between my old row house in red hook, brooklyn, and a small studio apartment behind the boardwalk in venice beach.
when I’m not actively working on something real estate related, I’m generally fidgeting with a camera, hoping on the occasional tour as a guitarist/bassist, and staying involved with the recovery (drugs + alcohol) community

- The AldermanIn March of this past year, I moved into a dilapidated 19th century townhome in Brooklyn three days before the COVID quarantine started. Armed with trash bags full of my belongings and a crappy memory foam mattress, I proceeded to lock myself into the then empty house. The next five months were spent renovating, building out, and furnishing the home with my friends Tre & Zach at Portmanteau NYC. The end goal was to turn one of the units into a short term rental (AirBnB) geared towards creativ
