My current role as a Marketing and Operations manager is heavily involved in social media marketing, generating and publishing content across a range of social platforms, as well as producing press releases and promoting upcoming events. My responsibilities in managing, maintaining and coordinating social media marketing campaigns include curating the company Instagram page. I was also responsible for organising a ten episode IGTV video series through which, after careful monitoring, resulted in a 25% increase in client engagement.
