About me
I lead a group of UK services companies (outsourcing, consulting, recruiting) www.outsourcing.co.uk which are owned by a Japanese conglomerate, Outsourcing Inc.
I joined SohoWorks as it has an excellent community of talented, highly skilled and energetic individuals and groups. My organisations are constantly on the look out for individuals who can contribute new ideas and see how to solve problems differently.
Much of my work is with the public sector and our speciality is bringing best practice and technology from the private sector into public organisations.
I am also at the stage in my career where my and my organisations’ success is solely about the teams I have working around me and I am always looking for talented to join us or specialists and advisors we can retain to improve how we do business.
