Studio SupervisorSharon Marston

As a studio supervisor for Sharon Marston I worked closely with the project manager to ensure client orders were completed to deadlines and to the highest standard. My role included working in various sized teams in the production of bespoke sculptural lighting installations for both private residences and the commercial sector.
Having been promoted to a supervisor role during my time at Sharon Marston it was my responsibility to train interns and freelancers, handle deliveries, organise and catalogue stock, perform quality control checks on all components, provide feedback on materials and production and help in the general running of the studio.
My position allowed me the opportunity to work onsite abroad in the completion of projects and the overseeing of installation. It was also a privilege to be able to represent the company at Decorex 2018.
