    Due to my management and communication the average lead time for a Made to Measure drysuit has gone from 12 weeks to 4.5 weeks. Managing the administrative tasks for the drysuit department. Introducing new shared google sheets with ourselves and the factory managing the stock. By doing this the factory no longer ran out of components, delaying the lead time. Leading the transition into removing all single use plastic throughout our products packaging. - Co-ordinating the ‘Life’ collection, updating the critical path ensuring all team members keep to date. Frequently communicating with overseas offices, factories, and suppliers successfully, to maintain positive relationships and ensure deadlines are kept. Managing production admin, assigning all products to EAN barcodes, and doing barcode/labelling artwork.
