My current role is split between Estates & Operations and E-commerce / Marketing. I manage the SMITF Online Shop(Shopify) , Update our main Website with events and opening hours (WordPress), create and send out weekly retail /concerts / events newsletters through Dotdigital, Spektrix and Mailchimp, create all composite images for our Online Shop and main Website, Newsletters and Social Media using Canva and Photoshop. I also work with the Estates Manager with overseeing all IT, Administrative and Operational duties. This varies from minute taking during weekly meetings, ordering office stationery, groceries and maintenance supplies, managing our IT equipment for new starters and all correspondence and requests with our offsite IT provider.
