Art Direction of all digital content, fashion shoots and artist portraits. Concepting creative ideas for editorial, video, snapchat and commercial content. Visual Editing of onsite features including picture editing, editorial design, motion graphics, branding, identity, animation etc. Sourcing, commissioning and briefing external creative talent Full production of style and artist shoots. UX design including wireframing and templating of mtv.co.uk, mtv.de, mtv.es and mtv.au style hubs. Negotiating image rates and usage rights. Management of the Digital Creative budget. Supporting sales team with creative advertorial and branded content. Biggest achievements include launching of MTV Snapchat Discover platform in Jan 2015. Responsible for incepting and developing Creative Direction across the channel.
