National Theatre Live is the world leading event cinema distributor, broadcasting live plays on-stage to cinema screens around the world. I am responsible for the creative of UK and International marketing campaigns, delivering demanding ticket sales targets for the National Theatre Live broadcasts. Key Responsibilities: - Led on partnerships with a range of commercial and publicly funded theatres of which we broadcast from. - Secured high quality and engaging content with key talent, including James Corden, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, James McAvoy to capitalize on the sales potential, analysing the effectiveness and ROI. - Managed the relationships with domestic cinema chains; Odeon, Picturehouse, Curzon and Showcase. Briefing them on upcoming titles and forged successful co-marketing strategies. - CMS management for National Theatre Live’s website, ensuring all information was accurate as well as monitoring performance of digital and social advertising. - Trained as a Mental Health First Aider to provide support for colleagues and the organisation at times of distress and for anyone who may be going through some form of mental health issue. I provide the relevant knowledge and intervention. Achievements: - Elected to take lead and manage access (D/deaf and disabled) for National Theatre Live and investment to the business strategy. - Surpassed ticket sales targets on each National Theatre Live campaign that I have managed, within 5 months bringing in a total UK box office gross of £4 million. - Programmed the NT Live CRM strategy, creating dynamic email campaigns and regularly reporting on the performance and implementing optimisation. Resulting in a database growth of 65% and transformed email metrics, with an average of 45.5% open rate and a 19.8% click-through rate. - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and closure of the building we recently launched National Theatre at Home. Every Thursday NT Live titles are made available via YouTube. I have managed the end-end campaign delivery for each title and to date this has accumulated into over 13 million views and generated £2 million in donations during a period of uncertainty.
