I have a passion for health, wellness and lifestyle, I even write about these topics in my spare time on my blog and Medium profile.   Worry Less Live More eBookI wrote this eBook myself for some experience in this kind of content creation. I also created all the designs myself inside Canva. I only sold 3 copies, however I never marketed it! I just wanted to write it for the experience! The eBook is about the Worry Time Technique, a method used in CBT. It's a super easy book to read through and learn how to train your brain to worry less.
• Youtube ContentThis was something totally different from what I'm used to, however, I hope this shows my flexibility and skills! When I worked for Keep Productive, I made a few YouTube videos to give productivity application reviews, specifically on mindfulness apps. I would have to research the application, test it out myself, write a script and then film the content. I absolutely loved creating videos, I now also create UGC!
