Hi - I'm Charlotte 'Fozz' Forrester, an English graduate from the University of Exeter and a young journalist. I'm currently the Film & TV editor at cool.girl and co-founder of gals in journalism. I was the Print Editor/Co-President of RAZZ Magazine (the University of Exeter's arts, culture, and lifestyle magazine) and Copy Editor of Exeposé (the University's student newspaper) for two years.

- 'GiJ Presents' Speaker SeriesThe 'GiJ Presents' speaker series was led by journalists from VICE, gal-dem, Bristol Live and Channel 4 as well as freelancers who generously shared their time and knowledge with attendees. They covered topics such as breaking into the industry, being an LGBTQ+ journalist, freelancing, covering sensitive topics and political journalism. - RAZZ's SHAG WeekRAZZ Magazine hosted SHAG week (Sexual Health Awareness & Guidance) in February 2020. During this week, I co-organised all the events (two sex and relationships workshops; a Valentine stall; a tote bag stall; end of week party) and led the editorial for the week (curating the content call; developing pitches; editing articles; writing articles). - RAZZ's Virtual Film FestTo re-energise our writers and engage our readers during the pandemic, I proposed the idea of a virtual film festival for RAZZ Magazine where a film (available on streaming platforms for free for students) would be spotlighted each day for two weeks and shared alongside social media content and a think piece from a writer. The festival centred around the theme of 'Chick Flicks' and tackled sociopolitics within the genre.
