About me
Currently on the lookout for a new and passion-filled career path! For the past year and a half I have been working on the International Client Services team as Media Assistant at Total Media Ltd., an independent media buying and planning agency in London. There I acquired invaluable skills, not only furthering my knowledge of the advertising industry at large, but also acquiring crucial business experience in managing projects both inside and outside the agency, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients, all whilst sharpening my communication and organisational skills to a top level. My work experience before that includes work within Relationship Management at Tetra Pak, involving a variety of mixed roles and responsibilities including customer satisfaction, sales forecasting, key account management and retail management. My interests are widespread - anything innovative, exciting and fast-paced suits me well!

    Began as an Intern in March ‘16, was offered a permanent position as International Media Assistant in August ‘16: - provided support in the entire process of planning and buying media for Epson’s advertising campaigns; - acted as the agency point of contact for the client, promptly resolving any issues or requests that came in; - assisted on the re-pitch for Epson, which resulted in retainment, winning all their digital activity, and doubled investment; - independently conducted analysis and reporting on all advertising activity, presenting insights during and end-of-campaign; - applied knowledge and research of behavioural economics to my work, especially in advising on strategies for our clients; - liaised with internal activation teams on tasks such as campaign set-up, creative trafficking, campaign maintenance etc; - used competitive procedures such as negotiation in order to capture the most effective media solutions for our clients.
