I did a work placement at NewsQuest between December 2017- January 2018. I produced news stories for several of their newspapers including: the Sutton Guardian, the Wimbledon Guardian, the Richmond and Twickenham Times, the Surrey Comet and the Wandsworth Guardian.

I worked as an administrator/ service desk agent at the IT company ATOS for nearly 3 years. The role involved speaking to customers on the phone, logging their IT issues and performing basic administrative duties. The role developed my ability to empathise and communicate with a range of people.
