Sales Admin tasks: • Processing sales contracts. • Adding on services to client accounts. • Adding on new users and removing users from client accounts. • Raising Purchase Orders. • Managing the logo and banners calendar. • Uploading logos and banners for clients once they have been booked and checking them on the live date to ensure they are all working correctly. • Making sure that the JBEs banners have gone out as planned. • Managing stationary stock levels. • First point of contact for visitors. • Answering the phone/taking messages etc. • Managing incoming/outgoing mail including courier deliveries/pickups. • Liasing with company suppliers such as water delivery, cleaners, plant hire, recycling, Mother Tech as and when required. • Providing support to the Marketing team when requited. PA tasks: • Extensive diary management, prioritizing and filtering out non-essential meetings. • Arranging internal meetings such as monthly one to one's, appraisals etc. Arranging external meetings, conferences. • Preparation and submission of travel expense claims, corporate card statements. • Ad hoc personal tasks e.g. arranging personal meetings. • General secretarial and administrative support.
