    Senior Product Manager for Ange ou Demon (60M€ turnover). 2014 - 2017 Implemented a global high-end marketing strategy for the line leading all product & media initiatives: • Created a new product offer, never seen on the market, with a layering approach: le parfum and its enhancer. • Developed a flanker targeting an older audience and created 3 new advertising campaigns. • Implemented 360-degree action plans for all the above launches: GWP, POSM, sampling, BC’s training. • Managed trainees (renewed every 6 months). • Achievements: Reached top sell-out rankings (#3 Argentina, #5 Russia, #12 Mexico) & high-end PR coverage. Product Manager for Dahlia (40M€ turnover). 2012-2013 Responsible for turning around a losing line (Dahlia Noir) into a profitable one (Dahlia Divin): • Managed in depth post-launch performance research to identify opportunities to feed into a new strategy. • Developed a new positioning with a new marketing mix: name, fragrance, packaging, media, merchandising. • Recommended ideas for the 360-degree action plan: GWP, POSM, sampling, BC’s training. • Achievements: +30% sell-in growth, reached top 10 sell-out in Russia & Middle-East, +10% product profitability
