- Image research. - Resizing and reformatting images using Adobe Photoshop. - Creating mood boards from a brief to send to clients and photographers. - Conducting image searches for incoming client requests, drawing images from the company photo archive that match the clients' specification. - Editing photoshoot outtakes, producing a refined selection to be uploaded to the website. - Key wording images in Adobe Bridge. - General administrative duties, managing phone calls, emailing clients and photographers, writing sale contracts, organising images within the archive, and producing contact sheets for photographers and clients using Adobe Bridge. - Creating marketing emails to send to clients, showcasing an edit of photographers' work. - Attending networking opportunities such as London Fashion Week and receptions. - Training and managing interns at the company. - Using FTP to upload files to clients.
Acting as a photographer's assistant on various photoshoots both on location and in a studio for clients as well as test shoots. Setting up equipment and making adjustments. Keeping record of number and style of shots taken and giving feedback when asked.
Assisting on shoots, setting up studio equipment and lighting. Organising incoming and outgoing stock to be shot and to be sent back to client. Unpacking and preparing items to be photographed. Styling products to be shot.
