I manage Director searches, ensuring best creative output, budgets across entire production , timings, supplier relationships with production companies/editors/post/audio&music, internal team expectation management, Client expectation management, pre-production meetings ahead of shooting.
Managing productions from start to finish it is important that I ensure all projects are finished within time, on budget and realising the creative ambition to the highest possible standard.
