I'm a Certified & Accredited Life Coach (CPCC | PCC) working in Central and South London in person as well as globally remotely in order to best serve my clients and lead a fulfilled life myself, I need the variety.
At CMB Coaching I work with strong women who want to live their most fulfilled life, we work to break free from expectations that may hold you back in certain areas of your life and pour in all the good yummy stuff that you want in your life.
No one else is going to do it for you, and my job is being here not just to support you but to have you explore what’s really true for you now. Let go of the old, of past narratives and even perhaps dreams you’re holding onto that are no longer aligned with who you are and where you want to go in your life.
We work together to harness your strengths and find acceptance around the things you deem less desirable. We have all parts of you be present and work for you, never against you.
We not only quiet, but often say goodbye to some of your inner critics. You learn new ways to both manage and be present with them. You choose what serves you, not your mind as it can be a little too vigilant at keeping you ‘safe’ at times.
I work very closely with my clients and fiercely support you just as I do with my best mates.
I also work with a handful of Teenagers at a time too. Usually focussed on transitional life periods, managing anxiety and increasing confidence. I love this work as a reminder of where we’ve come from as women and witnessing these young women learn to navigate the world, in pursuit of happiness and living a life true to themselves, whoever that may be. They’re just in an earlier phase of this journey. Equipping they with lifelong tools at this early age is truly a privilege to entrusted with.
I've a wealth of experience in a variety of fields which is reflected in my coaching. Whilst I trained with Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) when I was at University I’ve taken that skill set into every work environment since, it wasn't until I chose to return to the UK in 2017 that I set my sights on solely coaching.
Fuelled by a passion to live amongst another culture and experience life quite differently to my own - and very much making life choices from an intuitive place my whole life where I often don't have the language to explain - I found myself falling head over heels with life in Tanzania on day 1 of a 4-month trip that turned into the best part of a decade living there.
Life in Tanzania has entirely shaped who I am and how I coach. Sometimes so full-on and direct, other times creating and holding space for a kind of tranquillity you weren't confident existed in company, and always spilling over with passion and love.
My mindset shifted at 21, I learned perspective and what’s important, including cultural diversity. I developed the capacity to ‘be with’ uncomfortable situations, not judge things as right or wrong and be un-phased whilst still deeply curious ultimately increasing my range as a coach.
For 9 years I lived my Core Values daily without much consideration, the life I chose lent itself generously to them, and now, I make a choice daily to honour them.
