• Delivered the HCM data required for solution design.
• Collated & analysed the various competency and training frameworks required to develop a standardised format to support the client solution
Process Analyst
• Gathered information from stakeholders and documentation, to create clear end-to-end HR process maps using Visio.
• Successfully created and gained sign off for process maps as part of a wider fit-gap analysis across 2 government organisations. Over 120 standardised process maps were created and signed off, covering the whole employee lifecycle, plus finance modules.
PMO Support
• Created all project plans used for internal and external stakeholders.
• Created all resourcing plans to accommodate the project timelines for the client to use in senior meetings.
• Took ownership of QAC on behalf of the client to ensure tasks are being completed.
• Maintained project documentation required by the PMO function.
Data Analyst – LMS
• Gathered, cleansed, analysed and transformed organisation wide learning data for migration to Oracle Cloud.
• Successfully gathered all learning data from a range of sources and formats ready for using ‘R’ (data transformation tool) to cleanse and transform the data into the required format
Test Analyst
• Worked with a central testing team to complete configuration test scenarios across 4 different countries. Testing Core HCM, Absence, Comp and Advance comp
• Using Jira (test management tool) to raise defects and working with test lead directly to resolve issues
Data Analyst
• Worked with the central data team to analyse Workday data, identifying anomalies and discrepancies in the data received from each country
• Supported the data team with updating and correcting data in a timely manner for the solutions team to process.
