Data Analyst – LMS • Gathered, cleansed, analysed and transformed organisation wide learning data for migration to Oracle Cloud. • Successfully gathered all learning data from a range of sources and formats ready for using ‘R’ (data transformation tool) to cleanse and transform the data into the required format Test Analyst • Worked with a central testing team to complete configuration test scenarios across 4 different countries. Testing Core HCM, Absence, Comp and Advance comp • Using Jira (test management tool) to raise defects and working with test lead directly to resolve issues Data Analyst • Worked with the central data team to analyse Workday data, identifying anomalies and discrepancies in the data received from each country • Supported the data team with updating and correcting data in a timely manner for the solutions team to process.
