You would deal with all types of people, so you would have to be extremely versatile in your telephone manner.;To putting on a Geordie accent discussing football, then talking to little posh old ladies about champion horses. I would occasionally get angry clients who would were unsatisfied with their service, and so I had to ensure I portrayed a level of professionalism when dealing with complaints.
