    Brought in during the early stages of the company, specifically to research, design and deploy all aspects of client-facing operations. The result was a complete customer service model and comprehensive strategic development. Established a go-to-market strategy through facilitating and leading in-depth analyses of the potential customer. Designed the Product Marketing strategy in conjunction with the service model As a direct result of the above, Tallysticks was able to reach 125% of their target in securing BETA users to raise seed investment. Created service design collateral and set up the CRM for the operational and product teams to serve customers efficiently. This encompasses the end-to-end service and support model for the first 110 customers and is also the underpinning the infrastructure of the Tallysticks customer service model. With the CJM and CRM now in place; each team now monitors, tracks and optimises respective service sectors with ease, transparency and efficiency.

Converted a discordant manual method of finding and managing new leads and existing accounts into an accessible online excel system which acted as a Sales Pipeline system. Created market reports utilising a plethora of sources in order to evaluate the dynamics of supply and demand and combined this with behavioural studies, culminating in a client-specific profile of the perfect hire for each position. With the reports, clients were better equipped to improve their positioning and determine realistic expectations about their competition and cultural needs. The reports generated retained business and increased the closing cycle by 2.8% (avg ratio 1:85)
