About me
In July 2015 I graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a 2:1 BA (hons) in Fine Art and History of Art. After graduating I spent a year living in Chamonix, France. Living and working internationally allowed me to communicate effectively and confidently with people of different nationalities everyday, as well as becoming more than proficient at spoken and written French, whilst enjoying the active mountain lifestyle. I recently returned home and am in the process of completing a three month PR and Marketing internship with Garrard. My duties are very varied, ranging from creative tasks such as coming up with pitches for digital marketing ideas, organisational duties of sourcing jewellery and setting up events and written tasks such a press releases. Working in a small and busy office has allowed me to work with different departments helping me practice the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks. During my time at University I expanded my written communication skills outside my studies, working for the Tab as a journalist. As well as writing for the Tab, set designing for the opera society and being heavily involved in the snow sports society, I organised several music events (acoustic gigs and club nights) throughout University to raise money for charity. This combined my love of music and my interest in events planning and helped me develop organisational and time management skills.

Education
BA Joint Hons Fine Art Art History
     - Oxford, United Kingdom
2.1 (hons) Studying Fine Art and History of Art allowed me to develop my written skills as well as practical skills in painting, sculpture, photography and film. A key module of the Fine Art syllabus was putting on the Fine Art degree show in my final year. Organising a large exhibition was a huge feat which involved everything from budgeting to curating and designing brochures and organising press releases alongside making a final piece to exhibit. This exhibition was then moved to the Old Truman Brewery which I also exhibited in.
