Integrated within a busy design team, I worked on an extensive range of licensed gifts
together with Paladone’s own branded product ranges. Day to day tasks included
creating product concepts, marketing graphics, cutterguides and packaging design.
I’ve project managed catalogues, directed photography and styling of product ranges
and regularly took part in product brainstorms, as well as managing a high volume
of artwork files sent to print factories. I’m experienced overseeing and working with
freelancers, interns and junior designers; briefing them, coaching them through
software training and setting learning objectives to enhance their development.
