About me
I am a hard-working, self – motivated, competent team player and I am known for maintaining a helpful and cheerful disposition, even under pressure. I graduated in 2014 with excellent academic qualifications including Upper Second Class BA honours in Drama. As a result of this degree, I have exceptional communication and presentation skills, including advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills. I am cool under pressure and provide a calming influence on others in the workplace. I am an enthusiastic individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people. I have developed first-rate prioritisation and organisational skills and am effective working both as part of a team, and under my own direction. I am committed and focused in all tasks and always strive to deliver professionalism and quality at all times.     Personal Assistant
    * Reporting to the Managing Director. * Arranging travel and accommodation for meetings outside of the office. * Answering phone calls, requests enquiries etc. and handling them when possible. * Organising and maintaining diaries as well as appointments. * E-Mailing, sending letters to and phoning others on behalf of the Managing Director. * Conducting background research. * Meeting and greeting visitors of all levels of seniority. Maintaining this position has made me realise that organisation is my forte. I have found it very easy to juggle multiple tasks at once, and have had the chance to hone my telephone etiquette. Holding this position has improved my letter and e-mail writing skills so that they are now equal to my interpersonal skills.
    Office Assistant

    * I followed all directions from the manager in order to complete tasks with swiftness and dexterity. * I used Excel to log data effortlessly and efficiently. * I created designs, displays, posters and leaflets for events on campus. * Assisted teachers with lesson preparation * Worked confidently with the photocopying machine This position aided me to understand how to use many different forms of office equipment, such as; Photocopiers, Scanners and Laminators. I also believe experience from this role allowed me to learn and develop great organisational skills. I also learned about communication through many different mediums; including, face to face, via letters/E-Mails and over the phone.

    This course explored the practice, history and theory of drama in a range of contexts and settings. We had the chance to work with leading professionals and be actively involved with productions. The drama team had links with many theatre companies and practitioners and a close association with the town's Rose Theatre, and is engaged in cutting-edge research.
