About me
Determined, thorough, friendly and reliable is how my friends and colleagues would describe me. I’m a marketing communications professional with experience in building and executing brand and communication strategies at global and local level for international organizations, non-profit, and museums. Practical thinking and the ability to communicate effectively allow me to lead my team and support the board of directors with the implementation of marketing and business development strategies. My story I landed in the marketing realm after a long journey through the kingdom of communications. In 2014, I joined RMJM and led the rebranding and positioning exercise while exploring all the different facets of marketing. Today, I marry my experience with my passion for branding, reputation and positioning strategies to investigate how brands influence our lives and the world we live in. My approach to work (and life): • Nothing is done until it’s well done. I don’t do anything just for the sake of it. When I do something, I put all my passion, energy and time to achieve the best possible result. • I have a plan for (almost) everything, both at work and in my personal life, but if something goes wrong I can easily come up with a plan B right on the spot. • I truly believe that at work it’s not all about work.     I lead the development and delivery of the brand proposition, strategy, and identity, as well as plan and co-manage the content strategy across PR, social media, press, and blog. This is enabling the museum to reach its target audience effectively and in time for the inauguration day. I have also used my creative eye for aesthetics and design to design the logo, website and all marketing collateral including posters, brochures, letterhead, business cards, and information boards. This is improving brand recognition online and offline through brand consistency across all touchpoints. Software applications used: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

    I joined the company in 2014 during the launch of the new licensing business model. I led RMJM’s repositioning and rebranding of all marketing assets, including the website, social media, templates, and collateral, facilitating business penetration into 9 new markets and consolidating the company's presence in established markets. As Head of Marketing and Communications, I lead the visual design and copywriting for digital and printed, internal and external communications. I write and implement the organization's annual marketing and communication strategy, plan, and budget, maximizing limited resources and ROI while strengthening the brand recognition and reputation at global level. In my role, I also on board, coordinate and manage the relationship with more than 25 licensees and provide guidance, graphics, marketing and bidding support enabling the studios to bid for better and more opportunities and ensuring consistent presentation of the brand and key assets across markets. I report to the Board of Directors and regularly produce and present strategy papers, annual reports and quarterly analysis of licensees' performance, which are used to identify key issues and plan future actions. Internally, I have written and implemented guidelines, systems, tools and procedures for all the licensees to follow and I championed the brand through employee branding activities like RMJM Design Awards, RMJM Rising Star Awards, and RMJM Erasmus. These promoted the understanding of the brand and its values, facilitated the exchange of best practices, and boosted employees’ engagement. I have also organized 5 successful Global Conferences which improved the licensees' business goals alignment and reinforced the brand proposition. Tasks performed included managing logistics, guests and external speakers, budget and delivery deadlines, developing final agenda, presenting marketing activities on behalf of RMJM Group and facilitating workshops.

Within the framework of the ongoing financial crisis, I have simulated the preparation of a simultaneous interpretation task during a conference on securitisation. For this purpose, I have analysed the transaction, its origins, the role of the stakeholders, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of securitisation. Finally, I have drawn up a series of annotated quick-reference English>Italian glossaries in order to meet the simultaneous interpreter’s needs in terms of preparation and immediacy.
