• Work in a charitable organisation that focuses on young people and runs over 150 hostels in England & Wales • Welcome guests at their arrival and provide excellent assistance with a can-do and helpful attitude • Use the computer booking system to manage the reservations • Daily diary management and team coordination • Process payments and refunds, create invoices and register income/expenses • Handle phone calls and emails efficiently • Be responsible of the suppling of adequate stock of products • Plan meeting room hires, prepare the meeting room disposition and set-up • Deal with contractors and request new visits if necessary • Serve breakfast and products from the coffee shop • Provide 5* levels of cleanliness and hygiene
