As well as managing logistics like couriers, transport, and accommodation. I also managed artist budgets, set up releases for advanced streaming, logged releases with the OCC, and assisted in organising events and signings. Additional responsibilities involved scheduling meetings, distributing assets, organising the label agenda, coordinating and attending shoots, and performing ad hoc duties where needed.
