My role as a BDR consists mostly of inbound marketing, where I serve as the first point of contact for leads and potential customers. I perform different tasks daily to help turn these inquiries into future business for Bullhorn.
These tasks include engaging with various recruitment verticals operating in many different industries, communicating with leads generated by the content created by our Marketing team and working closely with the Inside, Field, and Enterprise Sales teams to ensure I am passing on qualified leads.
