    UKI Programme and Change Management Lead (Regional Operations Management Team): I am responsible for managing the business transformation portfolio of projects and programmes across the firm and implementing a new programme and change management framework. I coordinate a team of 8 direct reports to deliver strategic transformation projects for the business around three pillars: technology innovation, business of the future operating model, focus on margin. Examples of projects include: time and expense mobile application, digital assistant tool, chatbot for our internal policies, new tool for faster resourcing of projects in the Tax service line… Total annual budget managed: £2m Prior roles at EY: • Programme Mercury (UKI and Global Programme Teams): Workstream lead on multi-million dollar SAP and business transformation programme, which seeks to replace 1,400 internal EY systems and to profoundly transform our business processes and behaviours. Led 2 workstreams (10+ direct reports): client handler processes and behaviours, global and local policies and guidance. • Programme Leopard (UKI Strategy Execution Team): Programme and Change Management Lead for a large programme which aimed to reduce the administrative burden on EY client facing staff by improving our internal systems and processes. This included, among other things, reviewing our billing, reporting, expenses, and support processes, by implementing new technologies in particular. • Management Consultant (UKI Programme Advisory Services Team): worked on a variety of change projects and programmes for EY clients, mostly in the Government sector. Clients included: DEFRA, Lybian Economic Development Board, NHS, National Care Commission, London Development Agency…

    • Strategic planning and monitoring: Wrote the completion report for the Algeria Country Strategy, which included a performance evaluation of the World Bank’s work in the country over the 4 previous years. Produced a results-based progress report on the Morocco Country Strategy, measuring and evaluating progress to date against the stated objectives. Launched and coordinated the Maghreb Country Leadership Teams to develop cross-sector strategies and work programs for each country. • Project delivery: Delivered a project in Morocco that facilitated the creation of partnerships between small local organisations working on youth issues and private sector companies. Led to the allocation of micro-grants to these projects and to the organisation of a forum to exhibit them.
