About me
I am a London based filmmaker with a background in short films, currently studying Film & Television Practice at London Southbank University.
My passion is in sound designing for narratives - ranging from short films, documentaries, audio interviews to sound effects.
I have produced films with BFI Film Academy, Screen Education Edinburgh and London Southbank University. I have also been a runner on several productions like Final Major Project films at LSBU and 'The Island' by Newcastle Film Club.
I have also participated as a Youth Jury for Wicked Wales International Film Festival. Previously, I volunteered for various film festivals like: London Korean FIlm Festival, London Short Film Festival and Hong Kong Film Festival UK.
Projects
- EMPTY ROOMA short documentary covering the unspoken topic of UK's family court systems and the injustice on fathers attempting to win custody. In this project I attempted to seamlessly edit interview footage and audio to cutaways relating to what topic is being spoken about. It explores a timid employee who after taking so much verbal abuse from his supervisor, stands up for himself. - [Audio Piece] Define Home(This project starts at 00:07:58) This audio piece 'Define Home' is a seven minute montage of interviews collected from friends combined with my personal reflections with the aim to clarify the vague concept of Home.
