  SAKURA - SEXY FISHWe were asked to find an artist to design and create a show stopping installation for Sexy Fish restaurant in the heart of Mayfair to celebrate Japanese Cherry Blossom season, Sakura. We commissioned award winning light artist Aphra Shemza. Working closely with the team at Sexy Fish she created stunning light infinity mirror arches surrounded by cherry blossom to shine across the streets of Mayfair.

Shaker believed in guilt free luxury fashion by providing accessories made of alternative leathers by a family-run manufacturer. For the brand I created a product end-of-life policy as well as problem-solved the rebrand from LUXTRA to Shaker. Managed multiple projects and deadlines such as the B Corp Recertification and two Drapers Sustainable Awards nominations. Worked closely with the designer on new prototypes with innovative materials such as Mirum, Piñatex and AppleSkin. Maintained luxury product inventories plus overseeing shipments as well as implemented a circular packaging for worldwide orders.
