- WGSNWGSN’s new offices at Air—W1 needed brightening up. Dull, plain walls surrounded the creative employees, boxing them in and offering no source for inspiration. When we were briefed, it was requested that we simply “inject colour” into these peoples’ work lives. Shapes designed with the strict use of a 30 degree geometric grid and a controlled colour palette helped make the shared space of the office vibrant, yet unobtrusive. My roles for this collaboration included; selecting a colour palette, designing a selection of the geometric shapes, sourcing paints, helping to direct and oversee the final selection, projection, drawing, taping and painting of designs—then also doing these tasks myself. And finally, I also had the responsibility of carrying out photo and video documentation of all the work carried out by Crim Collective over the space of the weekend.
- Leeds City StompersLeeds City Stompers new lineup was desperately in need of a fresh new brand identity that was capable of representing each members unique talent and personality. The vintage style band had to be portrayed as such, yet in modern and accessible manner. The representation of the trio was especially important in making the era of music appealing to those who have not yet experienced it. The renewed identity and website are clean and stylised whilst mindfully retaining the important distinctive vintage style of the band—perfect for attracting their extensive client base in the festival and wedding fields. Design tasks included identity, logo, print, poster, album / vinyl / drumskin artwork and web design. - LunaLuna is a concept home furnishing, fashion and accessory brand. Luna intends to offer minimalists a variety of products, which are well designed, timeless and homely. Repeating florals, that dance across a void of white space, accompanied by simple geometric patterns and motifs, adorn the brand’s first range.
