About me
As I approach my final year of study in Marketing at Ulster University, I am particularly interested in Digital Marketing. I have shown high levels of skill in my studies and my current role as Social Engagement Officer for a non-profit charity, Job Directions. I am currently responsible for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, Google adverts and LinkedIn. I manage all online/offline marketing content, which requires me to create enticing graphic content used for newspapers and across all digital platforms with the aims of target marketing. I am also responsible for tracking the progress of the content using analytics which I must then translate onto a PowerPoint which my manager presents to the board of directors monthly. I also build b2b relationships with local employers to create job vacancies for our customers and use our platform to advertise their vacancy. As I approach the end of my placement, with great interest I am eager to develop my skills in marketing. By working part time along with my studies I believe I will have the ability to reach my full potential by practising first hand marketing along with my studies.

I am currently completing a BA(hons) in Marketing at Ulster University Jordanstown. Having completed 2 years of academic study achieving a 2:1 in both years, I am currently reaching the end of my placement year working first hand in the industry. I am approaching my final year of studies, due the circumstances my first semester of study is going to be conducted remotely. I am enthusiastic to start my final year of study with the aim of achieving a first class honours.
