A recent Newcastle University Fine Art graduate. I am seeking employment in a creative, innovative environment. I am artistic, practical, independent and a team player, who is willing to learn. • Managing speaker presentations and speaker administration, using Artifax to ensure event related information is up to date.
• Assisting with arranging speakers travel, parking and accommodation arrangements.
• Tracking, processing and reconciling supplier fees and invoices.
• Arranging meetings, agendas, taking minutes and organising diaries.
• Coordinating festival ID policies e.g. wristbands and lanyards.
• Assist with the set up and running of the festival office, producing venue and event documentation.
• Arranging and booking various contractors adhering to the Festivals budget.
• Organising three end of Festival parties for staff and volunteers within budget.
• Creating and issuing contracts to participants and handling any special requirements that they have.
• Liaising with our contractors/production team about requirements for all family and school events.
• Preparation of operational day sheets using Artifax and management of additional publishing materials.
• Overseeing the booking, delivery and collecting of character costumes.
• Producing all the relevant paperwork and signage for children’s workshops, overseeing materials required to deliver the family, school and free events

• Working part of a large FOH team managing incoming audience, making sure they are all in the correct queue for the right day, time and show.
• Also working as an in-house steward in the larger venues on site.
• Arranging access for access patrons into the venues.
• Working closely with venue crew to ensure the performance schedule is running to time and ensuring that the audience are ready to entre the house when it is opened.
• Operating as a mobile information booth, answering a wide range of questions and dealing with issues when they occurred on site.
• Using radios to communicate with venue staff and using red61 audience management and ticket operating system.
• Taking part in the festival ‘get in and the get out’.

• Concluded the course with my final year building up to my Degree show, which was shown in Newcastle and London. Using all the skills that I had built up the previous years.
• Completed a dissertation relating to site-specific art, reflecting a personal interest in visual experiences. This involved extensive research, which I have applied in a practical setting since.
• Worked alongside Architecture and Engineering students for a collaborative project, exploring how different disciplines can inter-relate. Created a prototype of an immersive interactive sculpture, obtaining a mark of 67%.
• Constructed a piece of performance art as part of a team of four which was selected as the most impressive of the cohort and performed as part of an exhibition.
• Visit various project locations as part of the Life Work Art module, furthering my understanding of connections between art practices.
