Responsibilities:
• Individually develop and create bespoke local content for the UK market independently
and with internal and external creative agencies where required
• Lead the brie ng process to ensure all content is in line with Global guidelines and
liaise with the global team to ensure content is aligned
• Work alongside the Community Manager to drive the brands exible KPIs and to
develop the tone of the future while maintaining its prestige positioning, respecting and

• Manage and be the voice of communication towards consumers and to track and

• Work as an extension of all brand departments to maximise the reach and impact of
existing Consumer & PR events
• Actively seek opportunities to produce video and image content ( lming events, product
photography. interviewing spokespeople) to be used live and on an on-going basis
• Strong experience in creating social media content for own brand and external partners, focusing on content creation with the ability to tailor and differentiate across
multiple social platforms.
• Brand photographer for all selected events, including concept development and art
direction
• Ongoing and constant tracking, recording and building of relationships with beauty,
fashion and lifestyle in uencers
• Sound experience with video editing in particular Adobe Premier Pro and Apple Final
Cut Pro
• Daily copy writing and team presentations
• Daily need for strong Photography skills using Photoshop and editing software and
DSLR camera preferred to aid the reactive and fast creation of content.
