As a cover supervisor I am in charge of taking classes daily when teachers are absent. This very much involves thinking on my feet with regards to the work they are to complete whilst ensuring the children are both learning and behaving. I have recently been promoted to a temporary Unqualified teaching position for English to help the school whilst they look for a replacement. I now have responsibility for the learning of 4 classes spread across different year groups.
