Having more responsibility within the role as Keyholder has expanded my skill set, the job role is more demanding and requires continuous learning, which is something I enjoy.
Took control over opening and closing the store on a daily basis, responsible for banking money at the end of my shift and ensuring the shop was prepared for staff the next day.
Spent time planning and directing staff as well as myself to ensure all tasks are complete and run smoothly throughout the whole day. Made executive and commercial decisions that I felt would have a positive impact on the business. Continually gave creative input when it came to visual merchandising as well as taking control over the window and shop displays which are based on data of the best-selling products at current.
This role has further developed my management, organisation, analytical and creative skills, something I would like to expand on in future job roles.

Managed my time efficiently between maintaining stock on the shop floor and serving customers on the till during busy periods.
