About me
I’m a Creative Director with over 20 years of experience in a variety of sectors, delivering the very best creative solutions. Having graduated in Information Design, he gained invaluable experience in his first professional role, designing TV branding for clients such as the BBC, Disney, and Arté, but found the 2D linear design ultimately unsatisfying. Instead, the scope, flexibility, and depth of designing on a digital platform focused his passion for interactive media. This was confirmed shortly after I co-foundered Definition Digital Media, a digital start-up, where I quickly grew from Art Director to Creative Director, whilst riding the wave of the dot.com boom and subsequent dot.com crash before a series of mergers and acquisitions resulted in me leading the digital output at OgilvyAction. Here I broadened my creative output across multi-channel campaigns, working on accounts such as Virgin, Motorola, Barclays Wealth, BP, Vodafone, and HSBC. I moved from consumer to focus on pharmaceuticals at Ogilvy Health in 2013. It was here my talent for leadership and team building showed, resulting in an award-winning, efficient creative department, as well as an international centre of excellence. I am a ‘hands-on’ creative with a good combination of conceptual and technical skills, which have helped me successfully deliver high-profile projects with extremely tight deadlines.

    Key responsibilities: Creative Direction, client relationship building, creative strategy, mentorship, department collaboration, new business, managing a team across art/design/video/writing/production, SLT member as well as leading the Creative SMT. Achievements: I built a creative centre of excellence for Global accounts, which also collaborated and lead many projects with the North American accounts. I built a rounded and diverse creative team of over 30 people, which was able to handle the huge variety of briefs and challenges the clients fired at us. This team consistently scored as the most stable, reliable and happy team within the network. I received many awards ranging from Advertising (PM Society Advertising Awards) to Healthcare Professional Educational materials (RX Club Awards) to Digital (Cannes Lions). UK, European and Global Clients: Boehringer Ingelheim, Haleon, NAS, Roche, Gilead, AstraZeneca, GSK and Bayer.
