I am a performance and process improvement manager. Driven to give to make the world around me operate as smoothly as possible. I love seeing a customer use a product, a service, or to access the content they are looking for, knowing that I was responsible for them getting what they want. I get a buzz out of crafting the most efficient, cost effective, workflows needed for that to happen. Knowing that is something they don't have to worry about, because it just works. I have used this passion to deliver operational strategies in sport, digital content delivery management, live streaming, broadcast television and service delivery.
