Here I am balancing responsibilities of three high priority challenges where I am developing key event materials e.g crew briefings & kit sourcing, handling complex diary management, coordinating meetings, drafting agendas and minuting meetings. Furthermore I am arranging artists visas, travel and accommodation and dealing with general calls, emails and enquiries. I am also undertaking financial administration including updating budget spreadsheets and processing purchase orders and invoices
