As Project Director it’s my responsibility to coordinate the team, split between the UK and Italy offices, and manage the production process of the creative deliverables across all the media (TV, print, OOH, digital).

• Managing of the production team split between London and Milan
• Defining methodologies and production process control
• Establishing and maintaining account relationships with clients
• Ensuring work is completed to deadline and within budget
• Acting as the liaison between Client, Creative team and Technical team

Condé Nast Digital Custom Solutions is the in-house agency of the publishing group that takes care of the proposal and production of bespoke digital projects. As a Project Manager it was my responsibility to understand, plan and deliver the projects I've been assigned to.
