Planning ExecutiveOne Family
- Brighton, United KingdomFull Time
With 2.6 million customers, OneFamily is the 3rd largest mutual in the UK, caring for £7.4 billion of families money. In my role as Planning Executive, I managed the scheduling and delivery of all customer-facing activity across the business, from marketing campaigns to customer statements, digital content to PR through a custom-built planning tool. I shaped an innovative function that changed the way the business collaborated, met its customers’ needs and ensured a single source of the truth.
I worked closely with SMT and Executives, our external printing house and partnering agencies to ensure the smooth delivery of quarterly activity, analysed potential scheduling and customer segment clashes and highlighted opportunities, ensured we weren’t breaking customer contact rules whilst achieving our corporative objectives, creating a balance between owned, earned and paid-for channels and reduced costs wherever possible. This was a regulated role that adhered to TCF guidelines.
