IGPOTY 13: National Trust Shugborough 2020The International Garden Photographer of the Year exhibition is hosted by Mirror Plate Media in partnership with Kew Gardens. This year, one of its stops in the exhibition line-up was Shugbrough Estate where I volunteer on the Walled Garden work stream. Together, we planned the exhibition's location in our historic walled garden, as well as the appropriate business case for this small project, assisted with and documented installation, and evaluated our audience's response.

Bachelor of Fine Arts Applied Media PhotographyEdinboro University of Pennsylvania
     - Edinboro, PA 16412, USA
My time at Edinboro University was spent studying a variety of general education, art studio, art education, and art history courses. I completed a BFA in Applied Media Arts with a concentration in Photography. I also was awarded a Level 1 Teaching Certificate from the State of Pennsylvania in Art Education, which would be the equivalent of a PGCE. I also completed enough credits (modules) to have a Minor in Art History. In 2010, as part of my education with Edinboro, I travelled to Italy to take two summer courses in Florence with the express intention of seeking out a art conservation module which I had no access to at my campus in Pennsylvania. I graduated Summa Cum Laude.
