Soldo delivers expense solutions to over 64,000 businesses. I joined the product team when the company scaled up and worked on the UX for new features across desktop. Projects that I have worked on include reminding users to complete tasks, strong customer authentication as a requirement for PSD2, simplifying access to funds and onboarding. I worked on the user journey, user flow, wireframes, copy, prototyping, user testing and iterating designs based on user feedback.

The bachelor of science degree in Media and Communications Studies encompasses a broad ranging social study of the contemporary media. I studied modern and historical theories around culture and society, research and theory methods for media and sociological studies, social media, digitilisation, consumerism and globalisation. In my video production module, I produced a satirical short film about social media consumption with the view that it was uncool, and created in 2007; a time when desktop Facebook was my only form of social media. It is interesting how mobile apps have changed the social media landscape.
