My forte lies in telling stories online, and creating a personality for a customer to engage and build a relationship with. Whilst I have a creative eye I am also very commercially aware, and can create content strategy that balances this factor with aspiration.
My background has exposed me to all aspects of the content creation and management process. From strategic planning and budgeting, to new idea generation and execution. I have directed photography, written copy and acted as the gatekeeper for brand tone of voice. After go live I then enjoy delving into the analytics and learning what makes a customer tick and how this behaviour changes over time.
