About me
I’m Chris, a London-based Design Director and UI/UX design expert with over 8 years of experience. In 2019, I decided to work exclusively with organisations that positively contribute to any of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing solely on social justice. Because the world needs more fairness within our society. Together, with your expertise, my passion for accessible & inclusive design solutions, and my strategic & design skillset, we can make a positive impact towards a fairer system that addresses core issues of ideological and systemic oppression.     REVOLUTIONISING GLOBAL CHANGE THROUGH USER-CENTRIC DESIGNOur big challenge? Crafting a search tool that’s both intuitive and caters to different user journeys without overwhelming the user. With over 100 tools available, we had to get creative in helping users find their right match. We created two distinct search functions to address various user scenarios.     JOURNEY OF THE 25 PERCENT PROJECT TO EMPOWER EUROPE’S YOUTHThe main challenge was to balance serious political topics with a youthful and fun appeal, while creating an online space with two distinct purposes. This included quickly guiding users to the main call to action, alongside maintaining a resource hub that doesn’t distract the user’s main journey. The solution – subtle animations and colour accents, users were encouraged to submit ideas before delving into the resource section, always with the freedom to choose their preferred journey.

    Booklet DesignWhile rebranding amapur from a digital perspective, I also needed to ensure that the site’s editorial counterpart met the same high standards expected of the company. To ensure that the print designs maintained amapur’s minimalist and positive branding, I personally oversaw each photoshoot for every picture used across a range of media, including booklets, flyers, and posters.
